Hey, There!
I’m Cherese.

Let’s be honest! For many of us, fear, anxiety, overwhelm and perfectionism have been running the show of our lives. Instead of being able to live the life we desire, we simply exist from one overwhelming moment to another. Living this way is not only draining, but compounded by the shame that our life is out of our control. Thus we find ourselves in a constant cycle of overthinking everything, never feeling good enough, and criticizing our every move  Can I tell you something? It is time your stopped just existing and started living!

My Mission

“I help anxious and overwhelmed women choose living over existing by silencing their inner critic , practicing self-care and aligning with purpose. “

My story

I Was the Victim of Perfectionism and Self-Sabotage

I have always been a high achiever. Which on the surface sounds great…until it isn’t. I found myself paralyzed by my fear of failure overwhelmed by my own thoughts. I would agonize over decisions because I was constantly second-guessing myself. Finally, enough was enough! I was exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, and approval seeking.

It was time to eliminate limiting beliefs and align with purpose

I knew something in my life had to change.  I was tired of being intimidated by my own inner critic and keeping up the facade that I had everything under control. I found my life shifted when I started prioritizing my mental health by eliminating limiting beliefs, practicing self-care, and aligning with purpose. I can now say I am living and not just existing. I am thankful I get help others do the same.
